Chris is the Group Managing Director, responsible for the strategic direction, leadership and management of the Maillard & Co group of companies.

Chris joined the business in 2005, with over 20 years of experience in dealing with property in Jersey. As an Associate RICS Member, Chris previously worked for the local government, and in the finance sector and holds several Diplomas in Estate Management.

Over the past 10 years, Chris' experience, and contribution in helping developers and clients in setting up new residential and commercial developments, have significantly contributed to the growth of the business.

Alex joined Maillard & Co in 2025, relocating to Jersey from London. He brings with him extensive experience from large building consultancies across the Southeast of England and the City of London.

As head of the surveying team at Maillard & Co, Alex specialises in dilapidations, technical due diligence, fund monitoring, and contract administration.

He has been involved in a wide variety of projects, including providing technical due diligence services for the £49.5m sale of 9-10 Great Pulteney Street from Boohoo PLC to GM Holdings which was completed to tight timescales.

Recently, Alex has delivered Fund Monitoring services for BlackRock, overseeing the construction of new last-mile logistics hubs across the UK.

In addition to his work in technical due diligence and monitoring, Alex has undertaken refurbishment and repair projects for residential and commercial properties across the UK working with landed estates and private clients. These projects often include condition surveys, planned preventative maintenance schedules, and reinstatement cost assessments (RCAs).

Alex has also regularly represented both commercial tenants and landlords in dilapidations claims, with values ranging from a few thousand pounds to over £1m.

Outside of work, Alex is a keen golfer, a PADI-qualified diver, and enjoys the occasional game of squash.

Anthony joined the business in March 2021 as a Senior Building Surveyor, having previously worked for a large global construction consultancy and on various projects for a local property developer as a Chartered Building Surveyor.

With over 10 years of experience within the construction industry, Anthony is a qualified Chartered Member (MRICS) and holds a degree in Building Surveying BSc (Hons) and an MSc in Sustainability of the Built Environment.

Anthony now lends his expertise to a number of projects across the island, with experience ranging from small residential repair works to large commercial projects across all aspects of the Building Surveying profession.

Elliot joined Maillard & Co in November 2023 having started his surveying career in March 2020 and completed his Msc in Building Surveying in September 2022.

With the support of M&Co, Elliot is currently working towards his MRICS accreditation and is on track to be a qualified Chartered Surveyor by late 2024.
