Chris Marsh

Chris Marsh - Group Managing Director

Chris is the Group Managing Director, responsible for the strategic direction, leadership and management of the Maillard & Co group of companies.

Chris joined the business in 2005, with over 20 years of experience in dealing with property in Jersey. As an Associate RICS Member, Chris previously worked for the local government, and in the finance sector and holds several Diplomas in Estate Management.

Over the past 10 years, Chris' experience, and contribution in helping developers and clients in setting up new residential and commercial developments, have significantly contributed to the growth of the business.

Chantelle Mundy Dunne

Chantelle Mundy Dunne - Director of Business Development

Chantelle brings over a decade of leadership and client-focused experience to Maillard & Co and Sarre & Co, joining the group after serving as Managing Director of Complete Facilities Ltd. She has worked across residential and commercial estates island-wide, managing key client relationships and supporting major property teams. With a strong local network and a background blending commercial management with creative communication, she is known for strengthening partnerships and driving growth. Chantelle also contributes to several local business committees and supports the ongoing development of the group.

Caroline Fernandes

Caroline Fernandes - Residential Sales Consultant

Caroline joined the business in 2016, having previously spent 17 years in Offshore Finance. Her background also includes senior management roles in hospitality, together with experience working within the States of Jersey, Social Security department.

During her time with the business, Caroline led the Trust Housing portfolio, overseeing more than 600 properties and working closely with homeowners’ associations, trustees and tenant representatives.

Caroline now applies this depth of experience to her role in Sales, supporting clients through the sales process with clarity, integrity and confidence. Her strength lies in guiding people through complex decisions, negotiating effectively on their behalf, and ensuring transactions are handled professionally from instruction through to completion.

With a career built on trust, accountability and results, Caroline offers clients a considered and highly capable approach to selling property.

Sheena Le Cornu

Sheena Le Cornu - Senior Lettings Negotiator

Sheena joined the team in July 2024 when Maillard & Co acquired Le Gallais' agency & sales business, having been with the company since May 2022.

Previously a childcare worker before spending 9 years as a Sales Clerk Officer, Sheena worked her way up from an Admin Assistant at Le Gallais to her current role as Senior Lettings Negotiator. Sheena prides herself on her friendly and approachable demeanour and commitment to excellent customer service.


Joyce Anne Naguit

Joyce Anne Naguit - Group Administrator

Joyce has over seven years of experience across roles such as Client Relationship Officer, Customer Service Representative, Administrative Assistant, and Sales Associate in the construction industry, she brings a wealth of insight into client care and operational excellence.

Now in her role as Group Administrator, Joyce ensures seamless coordination across teams, drawing on her strong communication skills, attention to detail, and deep understanding of the client and operational landscape.
