It’s become a bit of a tradition at M&Co: every two months a different team gets a budget to plan a social for everyone. This time it was Sarre & Co’s Commercial Property Management Team's turn, and they took us to Tamba Bowl in St Peter for a night of strikes, spares and serious competition.

We split into five teams for the first round. Then the format got clever: winners played winners, second place played second place, and so on down the table. Everyone stayed in the game right to the end, and there were prizes for the winners of every match. That meant the bottom two teams were battling it out just as fiercely as the top two!

After the last frame, we stayed on for food and drinks and plenty of debate about who was robbed. Thank you to the Sarre & Co team for organising such a brilliant evening. It was a great chance for colleagues from across Maillard & Co and Sarre & Co to spend time together outside the office.

We like to think nobody does team events quite like us, and there’s more to come. Next up is the Christmas party, and the bar has now been set very high. Watch this space!
