Every two months at M&Co, a different team gets a budget to plan a social event of their choice. On 31 July it was the turn of our Trust Property Management team, and they decided it was time to bring back sports day, for grown-ups.

Katie and Nicole did a brilliant job organising the afternoon. We were split into teams for a series of games involving bean bags, balloons, hoops and plenty of creative rule-bending. The competition got surprisingly fierce, and there was more laughter than any of us had expected. Congratulations to the Grey team!

Once all the medals had been handed out, we headed inside to The Boundary to refuel with some well-earned food.

It was a perfect example of why we love our rotating team socials. Each team brings its own ideas, and everyone gets to know colleagues they might not work with day to day. A big thank you to Katie, Nicole and the Trust Property Management team. You’ve set the bar high!
