The latest house price statistics released by the Government of Jersey are starting to show a more realistic picture within some property sectors when compared to the previous quarter.

However, it’s worth noting that the sample size is still too low and naturally affects the data produced when looking at the average house price. While there's been a decline in turnover, with only 114 properties completing, we have seen an uplift in viewings and offers alike. We are hopeful for an upward trajectory in completions over this next quarter from the Government's First Step Scheme.
