Maillard & Co have announced the acquisition of Moore Properties Limited and Moore Property (Sales) Limited (‘The Moore Property Group’). Focusing on residential management, lettings, and sales, The Moore Property Group is undoubtedly a great fit to merge into Maillard & Co, further growing the client base and team of Jersey’s largest group of property professionals.

The Moore business has been operating in the Jersey property sector since 1994 and comes with an experienced team of property professionals.

Previous owner and Managing Director of The Moore Property Group, David Voak will maintain the position of consultant for the foreseeable future. Senior Property Manager, Mark Sinden, Sales Consultant, Donald Meiklejohn, and Property Manager, Ian Flambard will also be joining the Maillard & Co team.
