John has vast experience in the financial services and real estate sector and comes with an incredibly strong local and global network that will accelerate the continued growth of Maillard & Co.

His appointment comes at a critical point of growth for Maillard & Co and his experience along with the already formidable team in place will ensure the strategy to disrupt the local market and be the property firm of choice continues.

John’s real estate experience includes being a director on a listed Real Estate Investment Trust that owns commercial properties in London with a value of more than £2bn. He has acted for large-scale clients including Middle Eastern & US Sovereign Wealth Funds, as well as Institutional German Real Estate Funds.

With 20 years’ experience in the offshore financial services industry, John is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a Certified Fraud Examiner, holds a Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency and the APMP qualification issued by the International Project Management Association.
